METHOD

Cut the fish into four equal pieces and rub with lemon juice, salt, and pepper and set aside for 10 minutes. Beat two eggs in a deep bowl. Grind the tortilla chips to granular powder and transfer to a plate.

Dip the pieces of fish into the eggs bowl one by one and roll the pieces of fish both sides through the ground tortilla chips to completely cover fish pieces with tortilla powder.

Wash the potatoes clean and cut them length wise into thin strips.

Soak the potato strips in water for at least 15 minutes. Then pat dry with kitchen paper. Coat them with oil in a bowl. Put the potato strips on one side of fryer and fish on the other.

Set Air Fryer temperature to 200C and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy brown. Serve with tartar sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
