Tasty chicken puff pastry recipe

METHOD

  1. Line two large oven trays with baking paper.
  2. Turn on hot oven to 200c. 
  3.  Combine mince and marinade in a large bowl add salt and pepper and mix well. 
  4.  Divide spiced mince evenly into six portions.
  5.  Cut all pastry sheets into half. 
  6. Brush each half of puff pastry sheet with egg and put each mince portion and roll up to enclose filling.
  7. Cut each roll  into four even pieces. Place on oven trays. 
  8. Cook in a hot oven (200c) for about 25  minutes or until puff pastry is golden and filling is cooked. 
  9. Remove from oven and serve with sweet chili or yoghurt and mint chutny.
