Kids hate broccoli and spinach. These are very important micronutrients rich veggies best for kids health. Kids will love to drink this yummy kiwifruit smoothie recipe . It will feed them nutrients for the whole day. It can be made spicy or sweet by adding a little salt and pepper or sweet apple juice. 

This smoothie recipe can help boost kid's appetite. It is high in iron content. It is easy to prepare and requires no more than five ingredients: broccoli, kiwifruit , spinach, mint and apple or pineapple juice as base. If you want to prepare a healthy smoothie, use juice that doesn’t contain added sugar. You can also improve protien content of smoothie by adding one to two spoons of protien powder and ground flaxseeds.


  1. Wash all vegies thoughrouly under tap water
  2. Peel of kiwifruits and slic or chope them into small piecies
  3. Put Kiwifruit slices, spinich, broccoli and mint into blender, add some water and mix to a smoothie
  4. For cool refreshment during summer add some ice in blender befor mixing
